Why we started
Too many everyday questions about life in Malawi had no clear home online. School term dates, mobile money fees, ESCOM schedules and match results were scattered across WhatsApp groups, rumours and old PDFs.
In 2025, Gift Mwale started Zaku Malawi to fix that. Not a government office. Not a gossip page. A small team that writes like a good neighbour: clear, careful with facts, and on your side.
